July 25, 2026, marks the 70th anniversary of the birth
of Mahir Muradov, a former judge of the Constitutional Court who made valuable
contributions to the development of legal science and constitutional justice.
Along with his high legal knowledge, professionalism,
principledness, and responsible activities, Mahir Muradov has earned the deep
respect of his colleagues, lawyers, and everyone who knows him for his rich
human qualities, high moral values, humility, and intelligence. He has always
remained committed to the rule of law, the principles of justice, and the
ideals of statehood, and has rendered important services in the formation and
development of constitutional justice, leaving a unique mark among the legal
community with his effective activities.
The dear memory of Mahir Muradov is commemorated with
great respect and gratitude by the staff of the Constitutional Court. On the
occasion of the 70th anniversary of his birth, we deeply respect his exemplary
personality, rich spiritual heritage as a highly professional lawyer, and
express our deep respect for his memory.
