In accordance with paragraph 10 of Part I of Article
95 and Part II of Article 130 of the Constitution of the Republic of
Azerbaijan, on the basis of the submission of the President of the Republic of
Azerbaijan, the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan decides:
1. To appoint the following persons as judges of the
Constitutional Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan:
Gvaladze Otari Rafaelyevich,
Tutayuk Farhad Haspolad oglu,
Guliyev Rauf Rahim oglu,
Rzayev Rashid Shukur oglu.
2. This Decree comes into force from the date of
signing.
